Changes:
- One ups. Have cyan cross inside them.
- Improved health display. Used to set it every frame, even if it didn't change, hogging resources. Now only set on hp change.
- Changed rotation. Angular velocity now also accelerates as long as A or D are pressed.
- Added particles in the background.

I would like to also get secondary key for fire because the space key is scrolling the page in my browser.
Done, I added right shift as secondary fire key.
Also, try pressing on the game screen with a mouse to focus on it. Then space will stop scrolling the page.
